Service Description

A follow-up appointment for patients with ongoing oral rehabilitation cases that require multiple visits. This session is dedicated to continuing planned treatments, checking progress, and making necessary adjustments. Procedures may include oral prophylaxis, restorative work, adjustments to previous restorations, and other treatments based on your individualized rehabilitation plan. Designed to ensure steady progress and optimal results until your rehabilitation is complete.

Cancellation Policy

An appointment fee of ₱1,000 is required to confirm your slot and will be deducted from your bill on the day of your visit. This fee will be forfeited if you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment, or if you fail to show up regardless of the reason. A separate non-refundable and non-deductible ₱1,000 cancellation fee will be charged for no-shows or short-notice changes, and must be settled before booking another appointment. Effective July 21, 2025.
