Service Description

A comprehensive dental consultation to assess your oral health, address any concerns, and discuss treatment options. This visit is focused on diagnosis and planning.

Cancellation Policy

An appointment fee of ₱1,000 is required to confirm your slot and will be deducted from your bill on the day of your visit. This fee will be forfeited if you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment, or if you fail to show up regardless of the reason. A separate non-refundable and non-deductible ₱1,000 cancellation fee will be charged for no-shows or short-notice changes, and must be settled before booking another appointment. Effective July 21, 2025.
