For RETURNING PATIENTS:

To avoid last minute appointment cancellation, RETURNING PATIENTS may be asked to settle a non-refundable appointment fee of 500php. We accept payments via online transfer.
- This fee is consumable/deductible to your bill only on the day of your appointment.
- In the event of an unforeseen circumstance necessitating a rescheduling or cancellation, we will only issue a refund if we are notified at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
Kindly wait for the payment details via VIBER/FB Messenger.
Provide the CHILD'S DETAILS in the booking form later (after hitting the BOOK NOW button) and choose "an existing patient of the clinic".
