for new patients

For NEW PATIENTS:

To avoid last minute appointment cancellation, NEW PATIENTS will be asked to settle a non-refundable appointment fee of 500php. We accept payments via online transfer.
- This fee is consumable/deductible to your bill only on the day of your appointment.
- In the event of an unforeseen circumstance necessitating a rescheduling or cancellation, we will only issue a refund if we are notified at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
We are on a first come, first served policy.
For safety reasons, we will be asking you, the guardians/parents, a copy of any valid government issued ID prior to your child's appointment confirmation.
Kindly wait for the payment details via VIBER/FB Messenger.
Provide the CHILD'S DETAILS in the booking form later (after hitting the BOOK NOW button).
